How is Coaching Different from Therapy?

Coaching focuses on enhancing specific areas of life rather than treating & managing underlying disorders or concerns.
Coaching is future/action oriented instead of investigating & healing the past.
Coaching can occur anywhere regardless of location, while therapy can only be practiced in the state in which the therapist is licensed (for example in Maryland & Virginia).
