A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Buffy Kamnikar, LCPC. I’m the Owner, Psychotherapist, Licensed Supervisor, & Coach at Olive & Oak Wellness.

I help individuals navigate the challenges of everyday life through in-person or online therapy.

As a psychotherapist and wellness coach I utilize a combination of evidence-based practices to support clients in Maryland & Virginia through the process of creating lasting, positive change in their lives.
